Pricing or Typographical Errors
While Euro Tone Tools strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. The Euro Asian Blades cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, The Euro Tone Tools shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Euro Tone Tools may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Special note:
Payments are processed though by T/T method for Wholesale order and Paypal for retail order. If you are using a Paypal account, please make sure it is verified by Paypal. If you are using a credit card, please make sure billing and shipping addresses could be verified with the bank the card belongs to. All orders are subject to further verification by us. Verifications could include faxing/emailing clear copies/photos of buyer's photo identification, front and back of of the credit card used, etc.
Product Warranty
It is the intention of Euro Tone Tools to sell only quality products. We offer a 15 day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. You must contact us in order to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Euro Asian Blades will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given. Euro Tone Tools or the product manufacturer will inspect or test all products prior to a warranty claim adjustment. Simply returning the product to Euro Tone Tools does not guarantee payment. We do not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to goods sold by Euro Tone Tools.
Damaged items in shipping
If you receive an item damaged, notify the delivery person immediately. Do not discard and of the box, packing material, or broken items. You will receiver replacement items. However we do require a damage claim number from U.P.S. To obtain this damage claim number Call 800-742-5877. You will need to supply them with information from your shipping label. Once you have a damage claim number, call Euro Asian Blades for immediate part replacement.
