Shipping&Return Policy of Euro® Diamond Products

 
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
*Standard shipping does not include re-delivery, call before delivery, special service request, or other service fee. The customer will be responsible for any charges of additional services.
 
Domestic orders (China):
We can ship products anywhere in China using the shipping method of your choice. (*we may change carrier to make sure the products get to you safely. For example using a pallet instead of a boxes).
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. A tracking number will be provided to you ASAP.
 
International orders:
We receive many international inquires. It is more cost effective to order a couple of items at a time, so we can pack them on a pallet.
Shipping cost does not including custom duty, broker fee or other costs, please consult your broker for specific requirement in your country.

If Wrong Item Received:

 

  1. No product will be accepted without prior authorization from Euro Stone Tools
  2. No product will be accepted for return if it has been used.
  3. Our 30/30 policy allows 30 days to return NEW and Unused products for a 30% restocking fee.
  4. Freight must be prepaid for all returned items.
  5. Refund can only be issued until we have received and checked returned product.
  6. Euro® has a Limited Warranty.
 
  1. Please always check your order when it is delivered. Keep all the original packing material.
  2. We must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any incorrect items.
  3. Call our toll free at 86-135-15923536 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM UTC+8 . Photos of wrong product(s) will be required.
  4. We will issue a call tag for the incorrect item. Shipping company will pick it up the next business day.
  5. Once the item is picked up, the correct item will be sent out on that day.

 

If Item is Damaged:

 

  1. Please always check your order when it is delivered. Keep all the original packing material.
  2. Follow unpacking instruction carefully.
  3. If you received your item(s) damaged, you need to put "damaged" on the receipt and contact us ASAP. We must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any damaged items. Photos of damaged product(s) will be required.
  4. Call our toll free at 86-135-15923536 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM UTC+8  Monday - Friday.
*We keep the right to explain and change all the policies.
